Traveling through the scenic Marshes of Glynn south to the TurtleRiver,St Simons Sounyou will see Dolphin,Seagull,andPelicans. Experience the life of a fisherman and enjoy their tasty bounty. Not only will you see the many creatures that Lady Jane brings from the depth,  but also touch sharks, crabs, fish, all sorts of sea creatures. You will see the  cargo ship making way to its port,  Shrimpboat's returning from sea with their daily catches of those creatures we all love "Shrimp".

On our 120 min. Shrimpin/Dolphin cruise, you will see how shrimpin has been conducted for generations. As we cruise along the waterways banked by the Marshes of Glynn  with egrets,pelicans,seagulls and dolphin . we enter St. Simon Sound  Captain Larry will order the crew to drop  the shrimp net over the stern of the "Lady Jane". You'll learn about the history of shrimping in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina. The crew will tell you about the types of shrimp we catch and of course lots of sea stories.You'll learn about the life cycle of shrimp and the depth of waters in which they are caught.

While we are dragging the bottom for shrimp, Dolphin like to follow the net and pickup an easy meal . They are very curious and will hang-around till we empty the net with anticipation of a free meal.

As we bring in the net ,you will see many different varieties of fish,crabs, and what shrimpers called the "by-catch". We have brought up and released stingrays,squid,jellyfish,shells,and of course,shrimp. On more than one trip Capt. Larry has been known to catch some very interesting items !!!  We'll put our catch on display where everyone can help identify it. By now we are usually being followed by seagulls,brown pelicans,and  dolphin! Want to taste some really fresh shrimp, Lady Janes crew will take some of the shrimp just caught and boil on the spot. Now that's as fresh as you will ever get !!!!

The entire trip is done in protected waters...so no need to be concerned if your " land-lubber" system is not quite up to the motion of the ocean. Should mother nature decide to test Lady Jane's steel with a Blowing Noreaster, we'll just travel the rivers and creeks where those tasty little crustations love to hide out. 

Lady Jane has a head (restroom) on board, cushioned seating air conditioned salon that make for an enjoyable ride aboard the 60' excursion vessel.

 Lady Jane is also available for Private Party,Bottom Fishing, Sighseeing and Sea Burials .

Sea Burials:

Traveling offshore in the Atlantic Ocean onboard Lady Jane the ashes  of your loved one can be buried at the oceans bottom or maybe scattederd upon the oceans waters all with pride and diginity.
